Up until recently it was an abbandoned stable but has been restaured by the new owners with meticulous care, converting the old building into a splendid country house, full of charm and warmth.
Outside the kitchen there is a spacious, furnished loggia and a shady area for outside eating.
The well cared for garden which surrounds the house , insures complete privacy and leads to a large swimming pool (7m x 14m max. depth 3m) , positioned so as to enjoy the best views.

Accomodation:
All the internal areas have been furnished with both modern and classical, traditional, Tuscan pieces, which blend well with the antique “cotto” floors and the beams in the ceiling.
Ground floor:
Entrance into a living room (sattelite and stereo) with fireplace, large kitchen (stove, freezer, dishwasher, microwave) fireplace and access to terrace with gazebo in wood and tables and chairs for outdoor eating.
4 steps lower: large bathroom with hydromassage
7 steps lower: large garage with laundry and shower.
Moving on into the lounge-room, it is easy to understand that the person who restored the house has done so with great care and passion. All the antique materials put together with the “know-how” of long ago and with attention to modern, comfortable living.
The care for detail is amazing.
The fireplace, with its great stone mantle, the stairs and window fittings in carved pietre serena, the decorated walls.
Above the loungeroom there is a studio with 2 divans which can be turned into two comfortable beds.
First floor:
Still following the original idea of the country house, reached by a stone staircase, there are three bedrooms (mosquito screens on the windows)….two doubles and a single [convertible to double]….with wooden floors .
One of the double bedrooms with bed with baldachino, access to panoramic terrace overlooking the Garden and the Pool area, private bathroom with shower, down a short flight of stairs.
The three bathrooms have nothing to do with “antique”, but everything that the modern technology can offer.
Nothing is missing, not even the hydromassage.
